The aims of this training is to increase the publication and citations of CDSR researchers. As well as discussion for the activities of the second year. The target participants were 27 people consist of management in leads and 3 management in affiliates. In its implementation, not all management can participate in this activity, so that some are represented. Overall, the activities went smoothly for 2 days. The first day, the material about Mendeley was delivered pleasantly by Donny Koerniawan. Participants seemed enthusiastic in following each direction. On the second day, the training was filled by Iskandar Siregar about social media that could be used by researchers, Google Scholars and Research gate. He explained how each researcher can communicate with each other using these two platforms. The event was closed with a discussion lead by Rachmawan Budiarto, Director of CDSR to discuss the results of the CDSR in the first year and planned activities in the second year. "

Participants have different backgrounds about Mendeley, Research Gate and Google Scholars. But, all parties support each other and provide input to improve their capability in using the software and social media.

There was 1 account that should update about CDSR in Research Gate, so people can see about the projects and its update.

Postest score higher than pretest score. Briefly, it means partcipants understood about the training materials. But, it is need to be monitor that researchers still used the software (Mendeley) and their social media and updating the profile on research gate and google scholars.
