The meeting was attended by dr. Anggraini W, Ginanjar, Fikrianti, dr. Aditya H, dr. Rinaldi, Siti Sandra, dr. Rahmaniati, dr. Devina, Mahmud Faruk, Soleh Solihin. dr. Kuswandewi, and dr. Chrysanti were not able to attend the meeting due to being out of office.

During the meeting, it was discussed several problems regarding data collection of BOD Study. The problem that is most commonly happened in all affiliated hospitals in Bandung is difficulties in accessing medical record department and requesting hospital direct costs. Therefore, it is suggested that field assistants should take some intensive follow-ups to related departments. For more specific and technical problems such as exporting DICOM files in radiology department and how to collect and store the radiology files, if there are no favorable response from the radiology department in each hospital, please make a report to radiology team in RSHS. In such way, the RSHS team may take action to resolve the issues.

List of patients' billing form that need to be collected has been given to RSUD Al Ihsan billing department, but missing somewhere. Therefore, in the future, the request to issue direct costs data cannot be proceed by the finance department. It is suggested that apart from the printed copy, the copy should also be sent by email to the finance department. If the printed one is missing, they still have the softcopy backup. RSUD Majalaya and RSUD Al Ihsan have some technical issues regarding obtaining radiology files. It is suggested that the field assistants tell the technicians to report the problems to RSHS team as soon as possible, if they cannot resolve the problems on their own.

Reporting problems is curcial, especially if the problems have hindered the recruitment and data collection process. Therefore, WhatsApp groups are made so the problems can be easily reported and the follow-ups can be easily tracked.
