Process of Activity:

This meeting was conducted in order to prepare every personnel involved in the study on the upcoming study execution by explaining the study flow and job descriptions of each personnel. This meeting is attended by CCR ARIstudy team (Nur Atik, Kuswandewi, Chrysanti, Anggraini W) and ield officers (Kartika, Nitha, Alexius, Arni, Meilani, Devan, Nurul); and RSHS nursing team (Oded S, Aceng, Fitri Sesilia, Sulaeman, Tita Siti, Siri Murani, Nenden) and clinical pathology team (Syennie, Yune, Hijriyanti, Nita Herlina).

Results of Activity:

Summary of the discussion are mentioned below: •Prof Cissy will led the study initiation on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 7:45; •The study will be conducted in the Geriatric Clinic Hasan Sadikin General Hospital from July 15 to July 19; •The target is to recruit 50 subjects per day, consisting 25 subjects from hospital (Geriatric Clinic) from 08:00 to 10:30 and 25 subjects from community (Posbindu) from 10:30 to 13:00; •The study flow and the person in charge of each component is as follows: Regitration (Nitha), Informed Consent and Questionnaire Barcoding (Devan), Questionnaire and Medical Record Distribution (Nurul), Informed Consent and Screening (Arni), Physical Examination (Resident), Sample Collection (Phlebotomist), Vaccination (Nurse), Observation and BIA measurement (Resident), Diary Card Explanation (Meilani), Compensation Distribution (Selma); •The clinical pathology team will provide one phlebotomist per day and this number is situational (will be added if needed); •The nursing team will provide two nurses per day, one for male subjects and one for female subjects. They are also responsible for filling the medical record; •The sample will be stored in clinical pathology department and can be transferred to Eyckman Laboratory as per the study team request.

•Aliquotting protocol; •Provide cool box and ice pack for sample transfer (clinical pathology); •Follow up on nursing team decision whether additional personnel is needed to fill the medical record; •Site visit (Geriatric Clinic) to rehearse the study flow on July 12.
