This workshop was attended by UCD Faculty, Eric Simoes. Daily meeting conducted among Eric and the experts from pediatrics, internal medicine, geriatrics, obstetry and ginecology, radiology, public health and microbiology, to reviewed and finalized the clinical report form. Three serial experts meetings were conducted prior to this workshop (on 1, 2 and 7 Nov), finalized the instrument to be discussed with Eric.

Clinical Report From (CRF) for each group of targeted subject (pediatrics, adult and elderly) are finalized and will be submitted to UNPAD Ethical Board in order to get the Ethical Clearance.

It was a big challenge to gather all the experts in one table at the same time, meanwhile the schedule was so limited (during the visit of UCD Faculty). Moreover, there were also overload Clinical Report Form suggested from UCD Faculty.

There is a need to simplify all CRF to be applicable in Indonesian cases and culture. Proper simplification will be assessed through the validation in the hospital simultaneously with the ethical clearance process.

Continue to validate the all CRF simultaneously with ethical clearance process.
